Ovine induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)

Our ovine induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) are derived and cultured feeder-free in serum-free media. They can differentiate into multiple cell types. Characterisation includes qPCR, flow cytometry, karyotyping and sterility tests. The cells differentiate into adipocytes and protocols for scale-up and further differentiation are under development.
