Senior team head state-side for future food tech San Francisco

Next month, our Chief Executive, Ernst van Orsouw, and Chief Commercial Officer, Tom Phillips, will be heading to California to attending Future Food Tech San Francisco.

The summit, which takes place on the 16th and 17th of March and has become a global hub for the food technology industry – connecting 1500 international food brands, ingredient providers, investors, start-ups and technology leaders, whilst digging into the crucial issues facing the food industry today.

Over the two-day summit, food-tech pioneers and visionaries will discuss innovative approaches to scaling alt-proteins, new formulations for healthier, nutrient packed foods, and commercial opportunities at the intersection of food and medicine.

This year, alongside an action-packed main agenda, the summit is expecting to see even more ground-breaking innovator action in the Start-Up Arena.

Ernst and Tom will also be attending the pre-summit cell culturing workshop taking place on 15th March at IndieBio Headquarters.
