Porcine iPSC morphology in 2D culture

Porcine induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs)

Our porcine induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) are robust, fast-growing, scale-up ready cells, derived from veterinary-certified animals with full traceability. Derived and cultured feeder-free in serum-free media, they support high-density growth with a doubling time of 14-16 hours and can differentiate into multiple cell types. Characterisation of the cells banks prior to release includes qPCR, flow cytometry, karyotyping, RNAseq and sterility tests. Protocols for scale-up and differentiation are available.
